| Administration has made it a priority to provide opportunity for community relations to grow through Community Connections Night and monthly coffee talks. We found through all categories that the school is a welcoming and positive environment to be a part of. Students and staff feel that they can depend on others. | An area of growth for the district is to make sure that information is being communicated through one dedicated platform. |
| Students, staff, and parents feel as though school is a safe place to be for all. There is a lot of work that has gone into creating a space for all students with unique needs. The new full time SRO has brought a sense of ease for parents and students. | MS HS disconnect between staff expectations of students. Admin has addressed student transitions from 5 to 6, and 9 months to 9th grade, but staff do not appear to be communicating expectations of student behaviors and learning. |
